江蘇省蘇州近日發生一起小學生集體看A片事件，這群學生通過一個非法「微信群組」觀看情色片，其中部分學生甚至花了上萬元。蘇州虎丘警方獲報後，立即成立專案小組，發現這是一個有組織的犯罪集團，嫌疑人用微信建立聊天群組，以收費制度提供淫穢圖片、動圖和視頻。

綜合陸媒報導，一名劉姓女子無意間發現小學兒子小陶有些不對勁，整天不知道在想些什麼，她擔憂表示，「他原來的成績在班裡屬於中上游，可是上學期的期末考試居然退後了20幾名，一定是有什麼原因。」

經過細心觀察之後，劉女士發現兒子沒事就盯著手機看，且還為此花費不少錢，好奇之下把手機拿過來一看，才發現原來是好幾部A片，更令她驚訝的是，除了小陶之外，還?牌子有許多兒子的同學也都加入了這個群組。

虎丘公安分局治安大隊民警高亮表示，這起事件當中，這些小學生們花了幾千元到1萬元人民幣（約台幣4400到4.4萬元）不等。另外，他們也指出這個有組織的犯罪集團，犯罪嫌疑人利用為信件離群組功能，以有償的方式提供淫穢圖片、動圖和視頻，「一種是在普通群裡，每當打開一個連結，就需要支付3元人民幣（約台幣13元）；還有一種就是在基礎群裡發廣告，可以加入高級群，看更多的淫穢視頻，加入高級群需要支付38.88人民幣（約台幣174元）的轉群費。」

這個非法群組的使用族群小至小學生，大至中老年人，且還會以誘導方式要使用者拉人進群組。據了解，該團管理5、6百個免費群組（每個群在400到500人之間）、收費群約4、50個（每個群在400到500人之間），會員遍布北京、山東、江蘇、河南、江西、廣東、福建、廣西等地，且很大部分都是未成年人。

警方在上月16日查獲到該集團的工作室，至於更詳細的情形，還有待進一步釐清。
